Our employees have been instrumental in forming our culture today, creating our set of values and a 'Culture Manifesto' that are our guiding principles for how we work together.
We have a team dedicated to improving our culture, encouraging everyone to follow our manifesto areas. Our 'Mini Mannys' are weekly recognition awards, voted by their peers, calling out colleagues that have truly demonstrated any of the manifesto areas brilliantly. These are read out in our weekly UK Business Huddle (total business meeting). At Catalina we really believe culture eats strategy for breakfast.
