Retail Direct Online®
Retail Direct Online (RDOL), is a data collection and analysis tool that helps support retailer loyalty marketing programmes. RDOL allows retailers to develop reports and conduct in-depth analysis on customer segmentation, category analysis, automated household information and points tracking to enable them to more effectively interact with their customers on a one-to-one basis. RDOL allows for un-aggregated data over a 65-week period to be collected and held online allowing retailers to develop reports and analysis from data exclusive to their chain. Over 1,000 stores across Europe access their customer data through RDOL.
